Hyam El Hachem is a Lebanese lawyer, and a graduate in law from the Lebanese University. She has been a member of the Beirut Bar Association since 1992 and for four years practised law as a trainee in one of the leading commercial law firms in Beirut, where she obtained extensive experience in business law matters. She established her own law firm in Beirut in 1996 and since then has worked in the field of corporate and commercial disputes and their resolution, supporting companies in a consultative capacity, by advising, guiding and finding quick solutions to problems and disputes in a broad range of legal matters. Consequently, Mrs Hyam El Hachem’s practice extends across the whole scope of legal services for businesses and companies.
Since 2005, she has been based in Dubai, where she is licensed to practise by the Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department, under the authority of the Ruler of Dubai. She joined Bayat Legal Services as a senior corporate and real estate lawyer in 2011 and manages the firm’s corporate and real estate practice, operating to the highest international standards of performance.
Mrs Hyam El Hachem is constantly updating her professional knowledge to remain abreast of regulatory and legislative developments in both local and international jurisdictions.
