Flávia Azevedo is a partner at Veirano Advogados with more than 17 years of experience focused on labor and employment law. She has a very solid experience with labour issues both in the litigation and in the consulting areas, with recognized expertise in supporting clients in the oil and gas industry. Her work in the consulting area is focused on creative solutions for clients in relevant matters such as executive’s remuneration, benefits harmonization, and other issues in the context of corporate transactions, localizing content of international policies and employment agreements. She has also been long involved in complex litigation using the acquired experience on litigation prevention, negotiations of separation agreements, and management of large litigation portfolios. Is a regular professor of labour and employment law at the Law School of the Getulio Vargas Foundation in Rio de Janeiro. Has an LL.M at Columbia Law School, and worked as an International Visiting Attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP. Admitted to the Rio de Janeiro Bar Association and to the New York Bar association.
