Alex works on all aspects of projects, energy and infrastructure finance transactions across the project lifecycle.
He has experience in acting for lenders and developers (both in the public and private sectors) on both greenfield and brownfield developments, on the negotiation, completion and variation of projects, the financing of new projects, the refinancing of existing projects and the sale of equity and debt interests in project vehicles.
Alex has advised, in particular, on the financing of the UK government’s Priority Schools Building Project (PSBP) PF2 project, with Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP acting for the lender on five of the six PF2 projects existing to date.
He graduated with a degree in geography from Oxford University and qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2016
