Alexander Mollan is a senior lawyer in Brækhus’ department of technology, industry and trade. His practice focuses primarily on technology and ICT law, privacy law matters and regulatory compliance.
Alexander graduated from the University of Oslo (LLM) in 2015, where he specialised in EU competition law, petroleum contracts and company law. He wrote his thesis on investigational duties as a pre-emptive measure against insider trading. Prior to joining Brækhus, Alexander interned at Heathrow Airport Holdings Ltd in London, United Kingdom. He has also studied Chinese and international business law at Santa Barbara City College, US.
Alexander was involved in the development of the Digitalisation Agency’s Cloud Management Agreement (SSA-SKY). He has also acted as a data protection officer for one of the fastest growing technology companies in Norway.
