Amanda Welch-Alleyne is a law clerk in the Washington, DC, office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she is a member of the firm’s antitrust practice. Her work encompasses a variety of civil and criminal antitrust matters, including litigation, government investigations, and mergers and acquisitions. Amanda has worked with companies in an array of industries, including pharmaceuticals, technology, life sciences and retail. While attending law school, Amanda worked as a law clerk for the Bureau of Consumer Protection at the Federal Trade Commission, as a research assistant for the Georgetown Law Center on Poverty and Inequality and as an antitrust law clerk with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
