Amy P. Lally is a partner in Sidley’s Century City office. Amy is a trial lawyer who practices in all areas of litigation, including class actions, contract dispute litigation, and real estate litigation. She serves as a global co-leader of Sidley’s Consumer Class Actions practice and as a member of the firm’s COVID-19 Task Force. Amy has represented the consumer products and services industries in litigation arising under Proposition 65, California’s Unfair Business Practices Act, False Advertising Law, the Consumer Legal Remedies Act, labeling laws, CIPA, and TCPA, among others. She is also a leading member of Sidley’s California Consumer Privacy Litigation Task Force. Amy’s clients include consumer goods manufacturers and retailers such as dietary supplement, pharmaceutical, apparel, furniture, home goods, and e-commerce companies. She has tried cases to verdict in both California state and federal courts, as well as the Court of Federal Claims. She also works with clients to assess their product and service offerings, and mitigate litigation risk in connection with strategic growth opportunities. Amy has been recognized by Chambers USA, The Legal 500 US, and the Daily Journal, and she was named a “Top Women Attorney in Los Angeles” by the Los Angeles Business Journal.
