Angelica Ström is a member of Setterwall’s EU and competition law practice group, which includes specialist groups on anti-corruption and internal investigations, antitrust, merger control, public procurement, state aid, regulatory, trade and administrative law. Angelica has extensive experience in antitrust and anti-corruption matters, as well as internal investigations within the private and public sectors. Angelica provides strategic advice and acts as counsel before the Swedish Competition Authority, general courts and in arbitration.
In recent years Angelica has been involved in a high number of investigations, in particular in relation to antitrust, anti-corruption, international sanctions and regulatory compliance. Further, Angelica regularly assists clients with setting up whistle-blowing systems and she has extensive experience in helping organisations to draft policies, contract templates and implementation routines, and in helping them to prevent operational risks.
