Anna Saenko
Anna Saenko is a Russian-qualified managing associate at Linklaters Moscow with more than 15 years’ post-qualification experience. Anna’s areas of expertise include various aspects of Russian construction, project finance, energy and infrastructure, real estate and environmental law. She is also part of the Moscow cross-practice ESG group.
Anna is responsible for managing large-scale transactions and has been representing many Russian and international private and state-owned banks and companies. She is also involved in advising clients on compliance of their projects with Russian environmental and social-related matters.
Anna was featured in Vedomosti in 2013–2014, in Kommersant in 2016–2017 and in the Best Lawyers’ ranking in 2017–2021 as a leading real estate lawyer in Russia.
Anna speaks Russian, English and French. She also holds a PhD in law.
