Anna Wyrzykowska is a partner at WKB Wiercinski, Kwiecinski, Baehr and head of the real estate and property development team. She also co-heads the French desk. Besides her real estate law practice, Anna has over 13 years of experience in advising on all aspects of company law, including incorporation, liquidation, share issues and share redemptions, as well as mergers, divisions and corporate transformation processes. She assists clients in various corporate governance issues, as well as leads on M&A transactions (notably from the real estate industry). A graduate of the faculty of law and administration at the University of Warsaw and the School of American Law at the Centre for American Law Studies, Anna holds a master’s degree in French and European business law from the University of Poitiers in France. She is a co-author of the book Limited Liability Companies: A Practical Guide and recently published book Liability of Members of Capital Company Governing Bodies.
