Anne-Charlotte is a partner in the firm’s intellectual property group in Paris. Over the past 17 years she has built extensive experience across the full spectrum of IP with a particular focus on patent litigation.
Offering in-depth expertise in contentious and non-contentious IP matters, with specialist skills in patent litigation in pharma, electronics and telecoms, she also has vast experience in ‘soft IP’ matters, advising major pharma, luxury, sports, food and beverage and electrical goods companies on sensitive trademark and design matters. She also advises clients on negotiating IP-related contracts. As well as teaching intellectual property law at the University of Paris II Panthéon Assas, she is a regular speaker at major legal and industry conferences such as ABA, LESI and ABPI and president of the French chapter of LESI.
