Benjamin works as an associate and specialist lawyer in employment law in the international HR services practice group in Düsseldorf and advises domestic and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law. Benjamin’s practice covers the entire spectrum of day-to-day HR questions, including drafting employment contracts and advising on issues related to the dismissal of employees as well as personnel leasing and use of external personnel. In addition, he advises on collective employment law issues, such as the handling of labour agreements or dealings with works councils. Furthermore, Benjamin regularly advises on immigration and social security aspects. During his studies, Benjamin undertook internships with employment law firms in Germany and New York City and worked during his two-year legal traineeship at Henkel and the state government of North Rhine-Westphalia.
