Bradley Edwards is a lawyer in Gilbert + Tobin’s disputes and investigations group. He focuses on financial services regulation, advising clients in regard to engaging with regulatory investigations, enforcement proceedings and compliance measures. Bradley has also spent time in Gilbert + Tobin’s corporate advisory team prior to settling in litigation, providing him with a commercial pragmatic approach to dispute resolution. Recently, Bradley has been part of the team advising on the ‘fee for no service’ investigations and proceedings, as well as advising Nuix in relation to its investigations into alleged contraventions of the Corporations Act surrounding its IPO listing.
