Bruno Hardy is a senior associate in the international arbitration and dispute resolution practice. He acts as counsel in international arbitration proceedings, primarily in engineering and construction, distribution, and corporate disputes. Bruno has represented clients in international arbitrations subject to various laws (England and Wales, Switzerland, Qatar, Lebanon, Belgium), and has developed specialised knowledge of large engineering and construction disputes in the Middle East. Bruno also represents private parties, states and foreign investors in proceedings related to the enforcement and setting-aside of (both commercial and investment-treaty) arbitral awards before the Belgian courts.
