Côme Chaine is specialised in banking and finance, law regulatory matters, and in financial markets regulation and litigation. He advises French and foreign banks, assets management companies and investment funds concerning their structures, their products and their regulatory framework (prudential ratios, internal control and conduct of business rules).

Admitted to the Paris (2011) and New York (2010) bars, he holds an LLM from the Northwestern University School of Law, Chicago (USA, 2009), a postgraduate degree (Master 2) in business law from the University of Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne (2008), a master’s degree in sciences & management specialised in business law from the University Paris-Dauphine (2008) and a postgraduate degree (Master 2) in intellectual property law from the University of Paris XII (2007).

Côme joined the law firm De Pardieu Brocas Maffei in 2011 as an associate.
