César Ramos focuses his practice on criminal and administrative law. He has participated in white-collar crime cases and securities regulation, public sector and bankruptcy disputes, among other matters.
Mr Ramos graduated from Universidad de Chile Law School with the highest honours. He studied for a master’s degree in criminal law in business and finance from the Universidad de Chile. Additionally, Mr Ramos has participated in commissions convened by the government for the development of public policies in criminal and procedural matters.
He is professor of criminal law at Universidad Diego Portales Law School.
