Carlos Ferran Martinez is managing and founding partner at Ferran Martínez Abogados. He has devoted his entire legal practice to represent management of labour and employment matters, primarily focus on counselling multinational companies on consultancy, labour restructures, compliance and social security matters and as a frequent speaker at training sessions for clients in anti-corruption matters. Mr Ferran Martínez has recently implemented several incentive programmes and high-risk employment terminations. He has also conducted complex collective negotiations with unions. Mr Ferran Martínez ended law school in a record time of three years and as president of the law school at the Iberoamerican University. He holds a master’s degree in labour law from the Free School of Law and collaborates regularly with media such as El Financiero, El Economista and El Sol de México. Moreover, he is a frequent contributor to specialist magazines and is a professor at several universities. He is committees’ coordinator at the Mexican bar INCAM and also coordinates the Labour and Employment Committee at the Mexican Compliance Commission.
