Christophe Hénin, partner at Intuity, obtained his PhD in European and pharmaceutical law then went on to become a partner at US law firm Proskauer Rose before founding Intuity in 2005. He has comprehensive expertise and regularly assists eight of the 10 most important innovative pharmaceutical companies in every area of pharmaceutical law and in European and French law, and intervenes in product liability, regulatory, competition and distribution law cases, in civil, criminal, competition and arbitration litigation. Christophe has built close relationships with government institutions and public and administrative authorities, as well as with pharmaceutical and health associations.

In 2013, he was particularly active within product liability cases and issues, especially within the health sector in France and at the European level. Christophe notably managed many cases for several pharmaceutical companies in relation to the ‘contraceptive pill scandal’, as well as the furosemide case, and was entrusted with advising the pharmaceutical manufacturer on the criminal complaints issued against an oral anticoagulant medicinal product
