Cyrus Frelinghuysen advises and represents clients on a range of intellectual property and international trade and compliance matters. In particular, Cyrus has gained substantial litigation experience and has been involved in all aspects of investigations at the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) under Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930. He also advises clients on compliance and enforcement matters involving U.S. Customs and the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), as well as internal investigations and compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). Before attending law school, Cyrus lived, worked, and studied in Taiwan, China, and Japan.
