Ms Dai is a partner in the dispute resolution and litigation group specialising in the cross-border litigation and arbitration practice.
Ms Dai has extensive practical experience in handling international commercial litigation and arbitration cases, including shareholding, trade, construction and derivatives disputes for well-known state-owned enterprises, multinational companies and financial institutions before CIETAC, the Beijing Arbitration Commission, ICC, HKIAC and the PRC courts at all levels.
During the years of 2005 to 2009, Ms Dai also provided regular legal support for the Beijing Organizing Committee for the Olympic Games. She was awarded with the Distinguished Contribution to Judicial and Administrative Security for the Olympic Games by Chaoyang District’s Bureau of Justice.
Ms Dai joined KWM in 2005.
Ms. Dai attained her LLB and LLM from China Foreign Affairs University and LLM in Global Business Law from the University of Washington School of Law. She is a licensed attorney in both the People’s Republic of China and Washington, United States.
In addition, Ms Dai also serves as committee member of the Youth Federation and Young Lawyer Working Committee of Chaoyang District Bar Association.
Ms Dai is fluent in both Chinese and English.
