David Kasal is an associate in the financial regulation group at Slaughter and May in London. His practice incorporates transactional, contentious and advisory work for a wide variety of financial and non-financial institutions. During his time at Slaughter and May, he has advised on the supervision and regulation of investment firms and banks. He has also recently advised various investment firms on M&A, governance and capitalisation issues. David graduated with a degree in law from the University of Oxford in 2017 and also holds a degree in French law from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University. David qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2020.
