As a partner in dispute resolution group in Paris, she takes a pragmatic approach to disputes, combined with deep expertise in French civil procedural rules in all aspects of litigation (mediation, negotiation, lawsuits, and enforcement). She has been working as a qualified litigation attorney since 2008, assisting mainly international corporations with respect to their disputes.

Her expertise covers a wide range of commercial and civil liability disputes (unfair competition, distribution, breach of agreement, breakdown of established contractual relationships, failure of IT and industrial projects, liability of technical intermediaries, e-reputation, cybersecurity) for clients from the IT, media, energy and utilities, and communications sectors. Being fully up to date with all new trends in tech and comms and with a real appetite for innovation, she has a genuine added value for all tech and comms-related litigation. These skills allow her to provide her clients with effective and successful assistance in their disputes. Prior to joining the dispute resolution team at Bird & Bird in 2008, she completed several extended training internships in law firms and private companies, gaining a full understanding of decision makers’ concerns about litigation matters.
