Dries Deschuttere is an associate at Kennedys in the firm’s Brussels office.
Dries Deschuttere completed his studies at the University of Ghent (Belgium) in 2018 (Master of Laws, cum laude), where he wrote his thesis on the legal position of unmanned aerial, nautical and ground vehicles (magna cum laude). Dries joined Kennedys’ Brussels office in 2018 and has been active as an attorney since then. His practice covers a wide range of contentious and litigation matters, including insurance and reinsurance disputes, marine matters, transport (road, air and sea), commercial disputes, and product and professional liability. He is also a member of the Belgian Civil Drone Council.
