Eva Carman is the co-head of the Ropes & Gray Securities Enforcement Group and Managing Partner of its New York office. Eva has thirty years of experience representing private equity firms, hedge funds, credit funds, mutual funds and broker dealers in addressing their most challenging regulatory and enforcement issues. Firms retain her to lead internal investigations, navigate SEC examinations and defend them in SEC enforcement inquiries. Eva’s experience includes leading numerous internal investigations for both public and private boards, assisting clients with more than 200 SEC examinations, and leading the defence of 10 recent enforcement investigations.
