Fabrice Faure-Dauphin has been a partner at Allen & Overy in Paris since 2006 and is responsible for the securitisation and covered bonds activity in Paris. He has deep experience in the field of structured finance and regularly advises on banking transactions involving complex structures, including intra banks liquidity financing and regulatory-driven structures
Fabrice is very experienced in a wide range of securitised asset classes (including all types of ABS asset such as consumer and auto loans and dealer floorplan, export finance, CMBS, ABCP structures and pan-European trade receivables), covered bonds structures and also repackaging and complex bank balance sheet funding structures (such as RWA or liquidity driven structures). He also advises asset managers and investors in the debt fund space, including loan transfers and origination; this includes real estate financing.
