Filip Lisak is an associate in the firm’s capital markets and financial institutions practice. Filip specialises in capital market law, with an emphasis on the law of trading in financial instruments and investment funds.
He also participates in M&A and corporate finance projects. Filip advises on capital market issues such as trading in financial instruments and public offering. He handles matters involving licensing and supervision of the operations of financial institutions in the capital market. Filip provides regulatory advice services to Polish and foreign financial institutions, including investment firms, and investment fund companies and depositaries. Filip is also the author of analyses related to the provision of payment services and the status of virtual currencies in Poland.
As well as holding a degree in law, he is a finance and accounting graduate and holds a securities broker’s licence.
