Francisco Werneck Maranhão has been a partner in the corporate area of Pinheiro Neto Advogados since 2011. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro and Master of Science degree in infrastructure regulation from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Francisco has worked as an international associate at Slaughter and May in London and his practice in mergers and acquisitions and infrastructure regulation has received praise in a number of international publications, including Latin Lawyer 250 and The Legal 500 Latin America. Francisco advises domestic and international clients in several industries, with extensive experience in telecommunications matters. His areas of practice comprise regulatory matters, corporate restructurings, financing operations, joint ventures and M&A deals, especially in the infrastructure segments.
