Gabrielle C. Wilson focuses her practice on commercial disputes involving art, intellectual property, and insurance related issues. She also advises clients on a variety of matters relating to art and cultural property law. Experienced in both state and federal courts, Gabrielle has represented foreign governments and families of renowned artists in the recovery of art and antiquities. She graduated cum laude from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she served as Associate Notes Editor of the Cardozo Public Law, Policy & Ethics Journal, and received her undergraduate degree from Princeton University. Gabrielle is also a member of the Copyright Society of the USA, was selected to join the National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 in New York in 2020 and 2021 and was recognized by The Best Lawyers in America© Ones to Watch 2021 in New York for Intellectual Property.
