Guillermo Chahuán focuses his practice on Criminal Law, Civil Litigation and Administrative Law. He has participated in White-Collar Crime cases and Securities Regulation, Public Sector and Bankruptcy disputes, among others. Mr Chahuán graduated from Universidad de Chile Law School with the highest honors. He obtained a Master degree in Advanced Legal Sciences at Pompeu Fabra University, and a Master degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences at University of Barcelona and Pompeu Fabra University. He also holds a postgraduate degree in Criminal Procedure from Universidad de Chile and completed a Compliance specialization course at University of Barcelona. He works as a Visiting Professor of Criminal Law at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and was Assistant Professor of Criminal Law at Universidad de Chile.
