Guillermo Zuma Hoorn joined Pinheiro Neto Advogados in 2015 and is an associate in the firm’s corporate area. He has professional experience and actively participates in several local and international M&A and project finance transactions, and provides regulatory advice on infrastructure-related projects, especially projects involving the telecommunications and oil and gas sectors. He is admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association. Guillermo holds a bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Law of the State University of Rio de Janeiro and a postgraduate specialisation degree in corporate finance and financial markets from the Business Post-Graduate and Research Institute of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Guillermo is also currently pursuing a Master of Laws degree in infrastructure law and regulations from the School of Law of the Getulio Vargas Foundation in Rio de Janeiro.
