Huan Zhu is the co-founder of China Trade Monitor. Previously, she worked at the Cato Institute's Center for Trade Policy Studies, where she wrote a number of law journal articles, policy papers, and op-eds, and lectured on US-Chinese trade relations. Zhu has a background in international economic law, intellectual property law, and comparative law. She holds an S.J.D. degree from the University of Kansas and an LL.M. from the Ghent University in Belgium.
