His experience extends to a wide variety of industries, including automotive, airlines, energy, financial services, healthcare, gaming, real estate and retail. He also regularly advises companies’ management and boards of directors regarding fiduciary duty issues in financially distressed situations. He has represented numerous prominent companies in out-of-court workouts and Chapter 11 proceedings, as well as significant creditors in distressed matters. Chapter 11 debtor clients include TridentUSA Health Services, SunEdison, Inc, Exide Technologies, Visteon Corporation, Calpine Corporation and UAL Corporation. He has also represented significant secured and unsecured creditors in Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court workouts.
