Frank Jiang joined Zhong Lun in 2008 and became a partner in 2016. He was seconded to the Chinese headquarters of two Fortune 500 companies for part of 2011 and 2012, and to Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York from 2017 to 2018.

Frank specialises in antitrust (including merger control, unilateral and joint conduct) and M&A, and has worked on over 100 antitrust, corporate and commercial matters in a variety of industries, including aerospace, automobile, chemicals, energy, engineering, FMCG, ICT and real estate. His clients have included Arm, Cummins, Luxottica, Microsoft, Nissan, Parker-Hannifin, Qualcomm, Schneider Electric, Tetra Pak, Walmart and Warburg Pincus.

Frank has acted as the lead competition counsel in a number of investigations, M&As and joint venture projects, including in terms of coordination, documentation and responding to authorities’ requests. Frank has also authored or contributed to dozens of antitrust and competition articles and publications and has actively participated in the legislation activities led by antitrust enforcement agencies. Frank was named by The Legal 500 as one of the next generation partners in the antitrust and competition practice area in China in 2020–2022.
