Jill Zender is counsel in the labour and employment practice group based in the Denver office of Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP. Jill counsels clients regarding a wide array of employment law issues and provides a variety of services, including assisting in hiring and onboarding new employees, conducting training and workplace investigations, analysing employee classifications, assisting with leave management and employee performance management, and handling terminations and severance negotiations. Jill also prepares various types of employment documents, including employment agreements, job descriptions, employee policy manuals, performance evaluations, non-compete and nondisclosure agreements, and severance agreements. In addition, Jill advises clients on relevant employment issues in connection with corporate transactions.

Jill is licensed to practise law in the states of Colorado, Arizona and Utah, and has extensive experience in the areas of employment and business law. She has successfully represented clients in federal and state court in numerous arbitrations, mediations, jury and bench trials, and appeals. Jill is a frequent lecturer on employment law issues and related business matters.
