Karina Hellbert is an attorney-at-law at Polak & Partner and head of the firm´s Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical Law department. She graduated from the University of Innsbruck with a Dr. rer. nat. in 1999 and a Dr. iur. in 2002 and passed the Pallas Programm - University of Nijmegen (LL.M. 2000). 2007 she was admitted in Austria. Before joining Polak & Partner Karina Hellbert was an associate with Covington & Burling Lawyers (2001 - 04/2004). Since September 2011 she is an asscociate professor at the IMC University of Applied Sciences in Krems and respectively the Danube University Krems, Austria. Since January 2015 Karina Hellbert is also part of the academic advisory council for European Integration at the Danube-University Krems.
