Kastubh Madhavan
Kastubh is a part of the corporate practice group at Trilegal. His primary focus is M&A, private equity transactions and general corporate advisory.
Kastubh advises clients on their domestic as well as India-facing international transactions along with operational and regulatory matters. He is an alumnus of National Law University Jodhpur, and a member of the Bar Council of Delhi, India.
