Katerina Philippidou is a senior associate at Patrikios Pavlou & Associates LLC. She has a law degree from the University of Leicester and an LLM in international financial law from King’s College London.
She is a barrister-at-law and a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn and in 2008 she was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association. Katerina advises and represents both local and international high-profile clients and specialises in civil and commercial local and multi-jurisdictional litigation, including shareholder disputes, recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards, injunctive reliefs and arbitration proceedings, as well as banking law and insolvency and receivership proceedings. She completed ‘Module 2: Law of Obligations’ of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) programme on international commercial arbitration and is the author of several articles on anti-money laundering, international arbitration and dispute resolution matters.
