Katharina Binder has been in DORDA’s tax team since 2014. She advises private foundations, private clients as well as international corporations, and is an expert in foundation law, succession planning, international corporate restructurings, and cross-border tax issues. Furthermore, she works with international corporations on their Austrian presence and the implementation of cross-border reorganisations. Before joining DORDA, she worked in the tax group of a renowned law firm in Vienna. Katharina is the author of specialist publications on private client matters and serves on the board of a private foundation. She is admitted to the New York State Bar and is a member of AIJA. Katharina studied law at the University of Vienna (Mag iur 2005) and at Fordham University School of Law in New York (LL.M. magna cum laude 2011).
