Kristin Mendoza is a corporate partner in the M&A/Private Equity practice group of the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Kristin is also part of the firm’s Energy & Infrastructure practice group. She represents private equity firms and strategic investors in their M&A activity, including joint ventures, throughout the life cycle of energy and infrastructure assets (e.g., development acquisitions, project financing equity arrangements, acquisitions and dispositions of operating assets), including oil and gas, conventional and renewable power, water and waste management, transportation and logistics and telecom assets. Kristin holds an LL.M. from the University of London, a J.D. from Columbia Law School, an A.M. from Harvard University and a B.A. from Yale University.
