Kryštof Vrtek
Kryštof Vrtek is an associate in the M&A department and the restructuring and insolvency department of Deloitte Legal in Prague. In his practice he focuses particularly on advising in insolvency proceedings and distressed assets investments. Also, from both a practical and a theoretical point of view, Kryštof is interested in cross-border insolvency issues. Prior to joining Deloitte Legal, Kryštof spent four years in the office of insolvency trustees. Kryštof is also a member of INSOL International and the Common Law Society, an academic association related to the Charles University in Prague focusing on education, especially in EU law.
