Lorenza is a senior associate in the Intellectual Property and Technology Practice Group of Baker McKenzie. She regularly assists multinational and domestic clients in a full range of intellectual property issues and has significant experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters. Her IP contentious experience focuses particularly on patent infringement/nullity, trade secrets and unfair competition litigation. Lorenza regularly advises clients in the hi-tech, energy, pharma and automotive industries on non-contentious, commercial and transactional matters, including IPR licensing and assignment, R&D, development and implementation of IT platforms, manufacturing and distribution agreements and related issues. Since 2004, Lorenza lectures on IP and technology related issues, including patent protection, licensing, infringement and enforcement at postgraduate courses of the Bocconi University of Milan.
