As a senior associate in Bird & Bird’s international HR services group in Stockholm, Lucas Magnusson take’s great pride in providing pragmatic, straightforward and business-oriented solutions to various employment-related matters.
With experience from Bird & Bird, together with previous experience working as a seconded in-house lawyer and working for a major transactional law firm, he has gathered experience from a vast number of different employment-related situations, which enables him to be a natural speaking partner in relation to employment law matters.
He strives to provide straightforward and easy-to-understand advice regarding complex employment-related questions and issues, irrespective of whether a question or issue pertains to a transfer of undertakings, mergers, M&A transactions, privacy issues, restructurings or general employment matters.
As a lawyer specialised in employment law he always tries to understand his clients’ needs, both in terms of their business and from the employment law viewpoint, in order to provide legal advice that enables the client to act in a proactive, efficient and sensible way, both from a legal and HR perspective.
He holds an LLM from the University of Stockholm (2013) and an LLM (exchange studies) from the University of Hong Kong (2012–2013).
