Manuela Serrano has a law degree and a business degree from ICADE. She has more than 20 years’ experience in the restructuring and insolvency area, having worked for leading national and international firms. She is currently the partner in charge of the restructuring and insolvency area of PwC in Spain.
Manuela has participated in the most representative restructuring operations and insolvency proceedings in the country, both as an insolvency receiver and as a lawyer for financial institutions and the insolvent party.
In addition, she is an associate professor at the Comillas Pontifical University (ICADE) since 2006 as well as professor of the master’s degree in restructuring and insolvency, author of several collective works as well as monographs on the subject. She is also a regular speaker at professional conferences in the restructuring and insolvency area
