He has acted in several high-profile cases involving cooperation, negotiations and settlements with federal authorities, with substantial experience in coordinating complex and cross-border internal investigations. Marcel also frequently provides corporate governance, risk management and anti-corruption compliance legal advice to corporations and private equity funds in connection with M&A transactions, securities offerings and other strategic projects.
