His specific focus is on assisting with the implementation of new legislation, advising in connection with liability for user-generated content and on user contracts and policies.

Mark is a certified IT and IP attorney. He obtained an LLM in information technology law from the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg. He regularly holds seminars, with current ones being on the new European Trade Secrets Directive and the German Implementation Act for a German legal publisher.
