Marta Moretti is a member of the life sciences department and provides legal advice and assistance to national and international companies, especially in the following areas of practice: life sciences, data protection, antitrust, civil and corporate law.
She gives opinions and prepares out-of-court proceedings, prepares contracts (especially those mostly used in the pharmaceutical industry) and formal communications to public authorities, provides legal assistance to clients in civil and administrative litigation, as well as in arbitration proceedings. She also delivers training sessions for company personnel.
She holds a PhD in International and European Union Law from La Sapienza University and a Master of Studies from the European Law and Governance School. She has also attended the Academy of American and International Law at the Center for American and International Law in Dallas (US), and has published articles in law journals, along with being a teaching assistant in the European Union Law course at the Luiss G Carli University. Marta is an expert in the fields of EU competition and data protection at the European Institute of Public Administration.
