Matvey Levant is Managing partner of Levant & partners law firm.
Matvey graduated from the Smolensk Humanitarian University, degree in Civil law, and Smolensk Teachers’ Training University, philological faculty.
Mr. Levant is the author of publications on the Russian law in Russian and foreign editions, co-author of the monography “Procedural legal grounds for forensic expertise”. Since 2001 Mr. Levant has been the president of the International Legal Fund, which renders free legal assistance to social and religious organizations of national minorities.
In 2008 Matvey admitted to practice in New York, USA.
Matvey is a member of Public Council within Russian Patent Office (Rospatent).
