Michael Møller Nielsen heads the employment law practice at Lund Elmer Sandager. He advises on all types of employment law challenges including executive service agreements, executive remuneration, collective bargaining agreement issues, redundancies, anti-competitive agreements and individual employment matters.
Michael has written several publications on employment law matters and is considered a leading individual within employment law in Denmark.
In addition, Michael has extensive experience within corporate matters related to employment law such as data protection law, owner conflicts, marketing law and M&A.
