Michael Munsch advises his clients in all areas of commercial legal protection with a focus on litigation in patent and utility model law.
He represents his clients both in and out of court. His experience covers a wide range of technical fields (in particular telecommunications, electronics, mechanical engineering and pharmaceuticals) and ranges from simple proceedings to complex, often international disputes. A special focus of his work lies in the area of standard essential patents and the associated antitrust law aspects (in particular the FRAND objection).
In addition, Mr. Munsch is also active in design and trademark law and provides comprehensive advice on all issues relating to (IP-related) drafting of contracts.
