Michael Schmassmann is an associate at Walder Wyss. He advises companies on all aspects of competition law matters, assists them in Swiss merger control work and represents them in proceedings before competition authorities and courts. He specialises in IP-related technology transfers and R&D cooperation within regulated industries. He also has experience in the field of internal and regulatory investigations.
Michael Schmassmann was educated at the University of St Gallen (BA HSG in economics, 2014; BA HSG in law and economics, 2015; MA HSG in law, 2017) and the University of Texas (Exchange LLM, 2016).
