Montserrat has experience in the application and implementation of precautionary measures against trademark counterfeiting and copyright infringement in commercial establishments and customs. She is particularly skilled in trademark and copyright filing and border measures enforcement.
She also assists clients with the registration of trademarks, patents, copyrights and reservation of rights. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Montserrat obtained expertise in reviewing motions and pleadings to aid in determining admissibility and final judgments, in areas such as law research, court decisions and the production of documents relevant to judicial decision-making in the Mexican Supreme Court of Justice.
